I really love the app, makes you communicate with your friends who live far away. Honestly I really love this app so much literally🌸but please add video to be available in every country like Nigeria, we really need the video here seriously Thank you locket.🌸

I love the app but recently the locket pictures/videos haven’t been loading and I have updated the app, uninstalled and installed it and it’s very frustrating. Please do something about it, thank you.
I’ve been using the app for over a year now but since the beginning of this year I haven’t received the usual monthly recaps that they give users, but others around me that use the app do get these recaps so I believe it’s a glitch which I have complained about more than once. It’s one of the apps best features and ever since I stopped getting them I genuinely started to lose interest in using the app as much as before.

Unlike other people my locket app doesn’t do monthly recaps and I’ve tried everything I can but it doesn’t work.
Please solve the “couldn’t send code error “
Hello!my locket doesn’t let me send snaps anymore. When I don’t have a connection and I take a snap It’d still be there but now once there is no connection the snap dissapears it’s very annoying to be honest cause I can’t post anything now on my locket please do something about it
I used to really like the app until they started to turn it to any other social media app, because why am I able to see who viewed my pic more than once, why is that a thing. I also liked the concept of being for you and your close friends but now with the premium you can have 20 or so, that removes the whole purpose. There also ads now and that just takes away all the aesthetic of the app. Least to say I’m disappointed
