## LockFit Description
Stop scrolling. Start moving.

LockFit is the only app blocker that makes you earn your unlocks — complete a quick exercise (push-ups, squats, or planks) and the app opens. No workout, no access.

Choose which apps to block, set how much effort it takes to unlock them, and build healthier habits through movement and discipline.

Key features:
• Block distracting apps and set custom unlock rules
• Unlock apps with quick exercises
• Track locked time, unlocks, and workout effort
• View daily and weekly focus insights
• Take on solo fitness challenges with daily reminders

LockFit offers both free and premium features. Premium features require a paid subscription.

Premium features include:
• Access to additional exercises
• Deeper focus and workout insights
• Advanced customization for rules and challenges

Subscriptions are available on a monthly and yearly basis. Pricing may vary by region. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

LockFit is designed to help you stay present, build consistency, and replace passive screen time with intentional action.
