Unless I open the app and update it prior to getting on an airplane I can’t read the issues. There is constant update purchases. If the issues are in my library I should be able to read them without having to update library -- Jojojojihjhgfsdd, 2022-12-11 ### ***** "Great Customer Service" For some unknown reason I could not access my magazines. I have a current subscription but was locked out. After several days of trouble shooting with Tyler in support he was able to get my access restored. I am very happy with the service I received. -- Fitznitz, 2018-11-08 ### *---- "Poor support" Your customer support has been poor. First, it took you nearly 3 years to update your app. Now that you’ve updated it, I can’t restore my previous purchases. This includes a current subscription. I’ve been emailing support and have had a very nice person responding. However, I’m now being told that the restore issue has been submitted to it department and that they can’t get an answer until someone in that department decides to respond. Totally unacceptable. Looking for a refund of my subscriptions and hard copies of all magazines I’ve bought. Or just give me hard copies and a complimentary hard copy subscription. Very disappointed. -- roverman, 2018-09-04 ### *---- "Don’t do it!!!!" Save the money. Better apps and magazines to use. -- clerrence/TDRL, 2018-05-03 ### *---- "Don’t get this app" Bought a subscription and could only get the first 6 pages of every magazine, which were mostly advertising. I cancelled my subscription for the following year because of this, but was charged anyway. I then had to go through Apple Support to get a refund. -- 1bronco, 2018-01-23 ### *---- "LB" Been waiting for IOS update to this AP for weeks. Wont open -- Lbob13, 2017-12-17 ### *---- "Update" Please update app to be used on iOS 11. -- schames98, 2017-11-25 ### *---- "Scam / Rip off" Reporting this to FTC. Not able to access subscription. -- Scam / Rip off, 2016-12-06 ### *---- "Doesn't Work" Bought one issue. Only loaded first 6 pages. -- 7GoldCoins, 2015-06-29 ### *---- "Ripped off" Purchased the subscription for 14.99, won't log in, won't download, won't do anything, and of course no technical support. Thanks a lot!!! -- Sgt Pete, 2015-04-02 [View all Log & Timber Home Living reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Log & Timber Home Living In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Log Home Living | $14.99 | | 1 Month Subscription | $1.99 | | Best of Log Home Living 2012 | $2.99 | | October 2012 Buyers Guide | $4.99 | | Log Home Living February 2014 | $2.99 | | Log Home Living February 2013 | $2.99 | | November/December 2011 | $2.99 | | 2014 Annual Buyer's Guide | $4.99 | | Log Home Living May 2014 | $2.99 | | Log Home Living March 2014 | $2.99 | ## Log & Timber Home Living Discovered Keywords -
