The ultimate workout

At first I thought these workouts looked easy and it would be no big deal but boy was I shocked to feel so many muscles I have NEVER felt before being pushed to the limit. When doing the squats- It felt as difficult as squatting a bunch of weight at the gym. Will be canceling my gym membership after trying this app. 3 minutes a day to see results- does it get much better?? Definitely give Logic a shot to whip you into shape.

I’m shocked how only 10 min of these exercise got me in shape this fast. The exercise might seem easy but wow do they target the right places ! I truly recommend everyone to give it a go even for 3 days you’re going to see a difference. Another great thing with this app is you can do it anywhere and as little as 10 min and trust me you will see a difference! Wish I had this soon.

As an avid gym goer of 20 years this app was a humbling experience. I dove straight in with the hard levels and quickly realised I’d have to start from the entry level. I’ve only had the app a couple of weeks but I’ve already seen improvements in my strength, both in the gym and with this app. Can’t wait to see how it is after a year+!
