## Logile Connect Description
Logile Connect simplifies life for both employees and managers by providing the ability to complete task- and schedule-related activities anywhere.

 Employees can:

View schedules
Swap shifts
Bid on posted shifts
Submit requests for time off
Submit availability changes
Submit punch requests
Complete assigned tasks
In addition, managers can:

View department schedules
Post bid shifts
Respond to requests
Monitor task completion
NOTE: To enable this application your employer must have Logile’s Employee Self-Service, Employee Scheduling, Time & Attendance and/or Execution Compliance modules configured. Individual features must be configured by your employer’s system administrator and may not be available. Contact your system administrator for details.

A very basic functionality that all scheduling apps have is the ability to sync with your chosen device calendar. The fact this functionality doesn’t exist within this app is unacceptable.

Remove the app from the App Store please. 
It’s the worst experience to get you’re schedule. I know because I worked at a crooked grocery store that didn’t do anything about the schedule changing or the app crashing.

### **--- "Glitchy Strange and Messy"
First off, stop pausing background media like music streaming services or youtube's mini player when the app is opening. The app plays no sound, there is no need to interrupt my music and make me press play again.

I'll update with my next critiques if I see this issue get fixed.

This is ridiculous. I’m trying to get my schedule for the week and this app struggles to even load up a simple log in menu. I repeatedly had to close the app and reopen it over 2-3 times just for it to allow me to sign in. After trying to transition from one app to this one, it’s stuck in an endless loading pop up and refuses to show anything else.

Worst move my company did was use this. There is no user manual or steps on the app to show new people how to use it as well as it’s not user-friendly. This is an app that requires prior knowledge in order to successfully use it and with being no manual and no instant contact to help or assistance. It’s basically useless if you don’t already know how to use it.

The app takes forever to update, and the buttons are very confusing and hard to understand. Any schedule just gives you an error message with things, and does not work half the time.
