### *---- "If it ain’t broke don’t fix it"
This app is awful, there is no way to see the holiday dates I had already booked off in March, this paired with an incompetent store manager is hell. To view the store rota you have to send requests out to every individual colleague, the app is saturated with useless stuff CTMs will not use, for the few things we do need, a contrived route to them seemed to be a requirement for the developers of this app. 

Co-Op, if you’re not going to sort the incompetent store managers even after tons of colleague complaints to HR, and if you’re going to keep things corrupt across several chains of command to protect everyone but TLs and CTMs, at least keep this side of things simple. Why you would replace Teams with this is beyond me, did no one test this? This app sucks.

Worst app i’ve ever used in my entire life. So glitchy and terrible to use. Most confusing app to get used to. Can’t see when anyone else is working unless they grant permission. Constantly have to re log in. So frustrating, thank you Co-op :)

Why would Co-op change one of the only good things of working there with Microsoft shifts to this rubbish? Can’t even log in so the company can’t say anything if I miss my shifts. Absolute joke, every member of staff thinks the same so Co-op better change this asap!

I was forced to download this overly confusing and totally unnecessary app by my employer the Co Operative. Meaning I now HAVE to use a smart phone rather than just being able to check on any browser.

For 95% of the employee using this, they don't care about most of the information thrown in your face.

Give us 3 buttons:
Your shifts (and just show a simple layout of shifts)
Your booked holiday (a simple layout showing actual holiday booked)
Request a holiday.

I don't care about targets and store earnings, let the store manager see those on the work desktop, if we really care we will check ourselves at work.
