As a McDonald’s rider, the recent system changes in LoginNext Apps have negatively impacted our efficiency. Previously, we could carry more than one order, except for pending orders from the store. However, now we are strictly limited to only one order at a time.

The latest issue is even worse—Panda Go and Grab Express now receive pending orders, which means McDonald’s riders are completely restricted to just one order per trip. This reduces our delivery efficiency and earnings while increasing waiting times for customers.

We urge LoginNext to review this system and allow McDonald’s riders to handle multiple orders again for a smoother and fairer delivery process.
