App says the image has no value and then asks me to classify the image but the controls to do it are grayed out so I have to rescan. It mainly happens when I have to scan more than a single document. But it still fails on single docs as well. The app works but I always have to do it twice. If I didn’t have to use this for work I wouldn’t.
For those with newer iPhones when you type in the url don’t put the https or the forward slash at the end and it’ll work perfectly fine…I have a iPhone 15 prom max and before making that adjustment the app either always crashed or showed a error code

Straight up crashes with iOS 17. I hope they update considering that last update was 5years ago..
Keeps crashing every-time attempting to login had to use a older model platform to get it working, needs update.

Apparently with the new iOS 17 update the application freezes. iPhone 14 Pro Max: Opening the app and tapping anywhere on the screen, the app closes completely. iPad Air 5: When you open the application and click on “order id”, the application freezes completely. Please solve that problem since the application saves a lot of time when scanning and being able to obtain payment
Constantly crashes with IOS 17. Deleted it reinstalled it and now it just blips out when you touch it.
Doesn't work at all with new iOS. No updates whatsoever!
