Scammers are using this app to gain visual to your phone and gather information. Do not use or trust because it is not secure. This app allows broadcasting to access photos, emails, and so many other apps unnecessary for what you may have called in for!

I downloaded this app too hastily. How in the world does it have a 4.9 rating!?!? 90% of the ratings are one star. If I had seen them I would have never downloaded this app. I can now appreciate you warning to not download or share with strangers. I called what I thought was a customer support line for hp printers. It turns out that it was not associated with HP.com. 
The “support” agent told me I was having problems with my printer because it had a virus. He then sold me a subscription for his company (Digital Mechanics) to keep all my devices virus free. I feel like such an idiot now, but at the time I thought that they were associated with HP. So, I thought they could be trusted. I’ve learned to not click on the first thing that pops up when you google something 🤪. I googled the same thing I did 2 months ago. Several HP support numbers come up before the actual HP direct support number. 
  I still do not know the extent of the damage done. I’m in the middle of working it out. 
  In conclusion, if you app designers are legit and you do care about your end user, please show your true ratings so people will be aware BEFORE getting duped.

They had a fake Etsy customer service number I clicked it and they used this app to try to help but immediately go off the phone once they had access. I’m not sure what damages can be done but I deleted the app immdiately.

I will NEVER NEVER EVER purchase anything from Etsy again!!! I’ve been trying to contact them to download my pictures I purchased for printing. I’ve been trying since I ordered them on October 30th 2023!!!
Every time I try to login to my account it keeps saying that I have the wrong password! I try again and it STILL says that the password isn’t correct!
I even put in a password that said, I hate Etsy with no spaces. Never works.
They took my money right away but their customer service, via chat, was absolutely HORRIBLE!
So now I have to count it a loss of money!!!
It reduced me to tears. Been trying TODAY since 9 AM CST!!!
Never never ever again again!

My Amazon had an issue as you can see had been hacked because when I tried to verify it gave me an 800 number they told me to download this app try to get it to my cash app told me to go to my cash app and see if I see any purchases from Dayton Ohio I did not he got very rude with me. He asked me to send $253 but then he said they’re going to add the money from that and not mine my bank declined it because I keep my car lock and would not show him my cash app bank card number, this is getting out-of-control

I have charges from Apple that I never made so I looked up the number to call for a refund and was connected with a scammer who had me download this app and used it to look in my App Store, get passwords and steal$1,999 dollars from my bank account through Apple Pay by originally convincing me he was helping me get a refund. Now this isn’t something that would have happened to me in the past. But I had a stroke and brain damage from it which affected things like common sense etc.. We immediately hung up and called the bank and there is an investigation etc.. But the line attached to the phone number I called that day has been busy each time I tried to call them back(to mess with them) So hopefully that means they’ve either been caught or they shut down that particular scam(at least under that phone number) Just be careful with this app and any other screnmirroring app! It’s for your own good to take my advice.

Looking into an unauthorized charge to my debit card from Apple com (this is not Apple which appears as apple.com) on my account statements. But did not realize this until they had used this app posing as Apple tech support. They tried to get me to buy bit coin with Cash App. I wouldn’t. So they asked me to send their supervisor money to get a code to get my refund. The amount was what was the exact amount in my bank account nearly drain me of everything. I am a single mom and don’t have any to spare. Had I jot realized what they did we would have lost everything we own which we recently put into storage because the money in my account was what I needed to keep our stuff from going to auction. I haven’t had issues like this before, nor these charges u til I started using Chime. Please beware of just how easily we can be tricked into giving away all our security information. I think I blocked them from my account but jot before I gave them to much info to keep my identity safe. Sadly, I knew the tricks and was still duped. I really thought I was contacting Apple support. I’m sorry they misused your app but people need to be aware of how dangerous your service is.
