As part of our goal to help more pilots succeed, we offer the LogTen service completely free until you have logged more than 50 hours of total time! And with or without a subscription, you always get updates, and you always get full access to your data, where you can view, edit, generate reports, export, and print.

Pricing may vary by location (see pricing under Top in App Purchases, or right in the App in the Store section of Settings). Your subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account and will automatically renew 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, unless auto-renew is disabled beforehand. Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal may be disabled by going to your iTunes account settings after purchase. A subscription cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period.

Very poor support

App is super expensive and the support are no help at all.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

It costs 75 Euro PER YEAR just for the iPhone version and the app is not user friendly. Research some of the other electronic logbooks and go with one of them

Sneaky thieving company.

Bought the original LogtenPro for full price; found it crashed after ios8, no warning of impending incompatibility from Coradine; none of my logbook was retrievable unless I bought a subscription to their upgrade AND paid another €40 for an additional program to extract my logbook from iTunes. Angrily paid up to retrieve and print my records before they shaft me again. Don't give these muggers your money, they'll eventually find a way to shaft you too and blame it on Apple. ...Response to developer's response below: Coradine, don't bother trying to twist it to look like it's better to pay extortionate sub fee for routine maintenance updates; my version worked fine as it was, until you failed to keep your side of the deal that I paid for: a log book.

Performance

The app doesn't seem to sync settings between the app on the iPhone and iPad which is really annoying, and it's slow to sync data between each in general. Very annoying considering the money you pay for the service.

Very disappointed that there is no loyalty shown by this company

Disgraceful company

After many hundreds of dollars spent and years as a customer Coradine rewarded our loyalty by purposely engineering LTP6 into obsoletion. They disabled the cloud sync very slyly in LTP6 and refused to fix it in order to force loyal customers into an expensive yearly subscription. Be warned. They want 25 dollars a year to replace a pen and paper logbook. One star given because 0 is not allowed

Great Support

I recently bought the app and immediately emailed their support team to enquire about getting hours uploaded from a pdf file. Jake in the support team was superb and had all of my hours uploaded for me within 24hours. I cannot fault this customer support. App functionality is also great and worth the money.

Extortion

This company had a good app until it basically hung its customers out to dry! After paying over $100 in the last 3 months for different Mac / iPad / iPhone versions, it has now purposely stopped its function of iCloud sync in the app to try and force customers to now pay a high yearly fee for just a logbook? Stay well clear of this app and company.!!

Capt

Great app but now ridiculously overpriced subscription is a blatant exploitation of existing customers. Only upgraded to give me time to decide which logbook app I will change to.
