## LoHi Logistics Reviews in United States

### *---- "No good"
This app makes you really waste fuel
It
-- dollahound, 2023-03-19

### *---- "1221466322"
Worst app I’ve ever had
-- slot1210, 2021-04-25

### *---- "Owner operator"
This app looks like provide business to only some drivers but not to all drivers. few drivers can run 3 to 4 runs a day while some stays waiting for their first run i really don’t recommend this job to any new drivers I’m seriously thinking to quit this job good luck to everybody.
-- few work, 2021-03-14

### *---- "This app is not user friendly."
If I could give multiple one star reviews on this app I would. It is not user friendly. It is impossible to contact someone if you need help. It is a waste of digital space on my phone.
-- wbyeats_1999, 2021-02-13

### *---- "Garbage"
If LoHi sends out messages about holiday bonus incentives & how much they value the drivers, don’t believe the hype. LoHi makes promises to pay holiday bonuses, but doesn’t bill the customer, so you don’t get the promised bonus, so don’t change you holiday plans to chase their carrots. These people are either liars, or just incompetent. If you want your employees to seek employment elsewhere, then by all means use LoHi.

### *---- "Horrible"
The length of time it takes to give a load is a joke I’ve been waiting for 24 hrs no loads the shift deal messes everything up can’t get good sleep apps like this make life dangerous for drivers when they aren’t giving us loads and controlling our amount of work I’m losing money with this app take me back to old school Dispach or even back to useless GoHawk this doesn’t work

### *---- "very bad"
The worst app I’ve ever used in my life you can’t run The shift that you want they set you wherever they want you to do work They gave the best run for their drivers it was the best ones first came out but after what they did with So much updatesIf it became Just a piece of junk I’m thinking about leaving my job because of this app

### ***-- "Logistics"
Logistics means providing a line of resources to complete your mission ....
Lo/Hi doesn’t begin to understand that concept .... their Crew doesn’t have a map of the different areas that they provide “No Support to “
No area maps means , the blind leading the blind ,,,, there are a few places that create area maps ..... someone should tell the upper management that Maps are a major part of running a Logistics Operation .
We drivers have to buy FR clothing , helmet , air quality monitors and Fire Extinguishers .... that is our responsibility .....
LoHi has the responsibility to provide drivers with up to date driving directions .
Giving drivers quick BAD loads doesn’t cut it !
This is no reflection on the people that answer the phone , personnel is not at fault here ,,,,, Upper management is cutting corners on the backs of the Grunts in the field !!

### *---- "Awesome job"
Hi my name is Miguel Olivares

I just started using this app actually had
My doubts about this app, yet I was proven
Differently, had an issue and brought it up to their customer support and to my surprise it was dealt swiftly and corrected to satisfy and assist our needs as truck drivers in this field, I’ve never had any company resolve an issue like this
Thank you LOHI AMAZING

Getting loads hasn’t been this fast and easy I’m on the move continuously and this
Is what it’s about making our jobs easier

Great job guys
Thank you team
Thank you Jake
