Lamentable servicio, nada recomendable
Me han tomado un pedido el 7/6 para entregar el 23/6 a una boda ( momento único) y no lo han efectuado. Han arruinado mi sorpresa y no se ponen en contacto para darme una explicación. Poco seria, nefasta y me suena a estafa
Estafadores
Me confié en algunas de las reseñas que vi en la página web pensando que entregarían mi pedido. No llego y cuando reclamas te mandan un mail de “verifica en la puerta”. He puesto 20 quejas y solo me responde un mail automático que en 24 horas me contactaran. Pero nada. No usen esta app!
Fatal
Aceptaron el cobro y el pedido y luego no enviaron el ramo porque la distancia era de 150 kms. Me avisaron tras preguntar 24 hrs después. Pésimo servicio
No lo recomiendo
Esto es una caca me parece y una irresponsabilidad ya 4 día después y el pedido no llega lo cáselo y que espere 24 hora para decirme que despidieron los voy a denunciar
Arreglo de flores
Bonito el arreglo de flores, pero la entrega llegó tarde a la hora prevista. En cuanto a la tarjeta podría haber sido escrita a ordenador, no a mano, letra de médico. No he quedado satisfecha. Esperaba más de vuestro servicio.
No funciona
Un desastre. Llevo mucho tiempo pidiendo en esta App antes de ser Mizu. Las dos últimas veces han llegado tarde, te pone q en el día y después otra fecha distinta una vez que has pagado. No puedes hablar con ellos de ninguna manera, llevo dos días intentando usar el chat en vivo y nada. Me tienen que devolver el dinero de las flores!!!!

Me han estafado !!!!!!!
He he hecho desde el 29 de diciembre 2021 Y me lo han cargado el 31 pero las flores sin llegar me parece impresentable. Por redes sociales se van a enterar De su estada no hay forma de comunicarse con ellos !!!!!!
El “chat en vivo” no sirve para nada
Imposible enviar una sugerencia, o comentario desde la app. Siempre da error en el teléfono y no se envía , da igual el formato en el que se escriba el número. Por lo demás LolaFlora suele funcionar muy bien.
