Overall quality is really bad. 
•Resolution is low

•wifi bandwidth is super low. My router is in the living room and the camera is literally 15 feet away with one wall separating them. Had to buy a wifi extender in my child’s room for it to work.

•cannot be used in hotels because how will you enter the last name and room number to connect to wifi

•Micro usb always gets broken because of angle in the camera (4 times I had to change it in 1 year)

•If micro usb is not broken, it gets loose fast and you have to risk waking ip your child fixing it

• the flexible tail which is their most appealing feature is already starting to get ruined from bending and unbending when we travel and use the tail to fix it to the crib

• if you want very basic function of recording when your baby wakes up or basic sleep tracking, you need to pay $300 subscription per year

• and the most annoying thing for me is that its supposed to integrate with Alexa Show but the skill never works. Every time you try to link accounts, the lollipop sign in website is down either Error 502 or Error 504. When I sent an email to Lollipop they told me yeah the website is currently down, with no timeline to when it work or if they ever plan on fixing it… why have the skill available but not work? Nannit and Wyze and others have this skill and its so easy to use.

Excellent camera and probably one of the best on the market. Problem is the app software is buggy. Currently Picture in Picture functionality seems broken!!
