What logic is that? Anyway the delay is not the issue. The issue is the app says DELIVERED?! Weird I know. Yet I’m 100% sure nothing has been delivered. Anyway if you are into painful experiences with support and being gaslit by an app. Go for it download the app and use it! It’s the best app so far at doing that. They made me look like lying as they said groceries only within 24 hours (app said groceries 2 hours) and home appliances 24 hours. I have all evidence that it said 24 hours. 5- They have amended their website after the debate and added 48 hours for big devices, but I still kept the screenshots of their 24 hours promise. 6- No compensation, no apology, they simply refunded the money back, and my time is wasted 5 calls 4 emails, pitty. 7- No free contact number 8000 like other competitors. 8- They will not call you back - very unprofessional My advice :- if you want to use the app remember that the team behind it have no authority nor power, and management too. -- Fatima 🎀💕, 2025-05-27 ### *---- "Cash option and Spoiled veggies" The app is going from worse to worst!
