I had such a bad experience with lulu  hypermarket i order groceries for me and my family and it told me the expected delivery time was 2 hours and a half however it has been over 6 hours and lulu hypermarket soo i am never ever going to order from lulu hypermarket again this is and an unnessecary experience.

Very annoying to use, keeps crashing. Old version was much better. Customer service is a big mess, miscommunication is guaranteed with their own branches and they only keep apologizing. Although app is promoting a couple of hours delivery time, the orders get delayed for more hours without any notification or justification either it’s a small or big order (one order took almost 20 hours and delivered second day)!

Its my first time to download and use the app and I regret using it! Super delayed delivery! The ETA is after 2 hours from time of your checkout its been 3 hours and the status still picking!!!!! This app is such a A complete scam, they do not explain fairly that electronics delivery takes 2-4 business days, and they always hide the delivery fee which is 70 riyals for a single order.

Lulu is a big establishment not only in qatar but cross many countries but the customer service of lulu which i am always trying to avoid is worst and the baddest customer service i ever see.  Instore staff doesn’t have the knowledge of what they are selling mostly this happens in the furniture department and kitchen appliances also they don’t know if the product is available or not … the online team sounds rude i their communication and they don’t provide the right information to the customer… i came with this feedback after using lulu for many years and nothing change and no improvement at all hopefully the management team can fix this and train well the staff in both products knowledge and customer service

However, after four hours passed with no delivery, I contacted customer service, and I was informed that the delivery would actually take two to four days.

One of the worst online grocery app experiences. The app feels outdated—like it’s stuck 10 years in the past. You can’t view receipts or catalogs, and even in-store, Lulu staff just ask for your phone number, which doesn’t help retrieve your purchase history. It wastes time and makes you question how your personal data is being used.

Carrefour, on the other hand, is miles ahead—offering a user-friendly app, excellent customer service, and a reliable loyalty program. Lulu really needs to step up its digital game.
