Everytime I try to redeem the points. It shows an error. Earlier the points got expired too just because of this.

After join their program and purchase several times for two months. No points at all shown on the screen. Only two remained receipts claimed for points but no replied for almost 1week…

Doesn’t connect and deal over the phone is a nightmare same as going to the pharmacy with long lines. No a happy customer anymore.

The app will not allow you to choose a delivery option for refills and therefore will not proceed. This is the case for both the iPad and iPhone versions.

Half the time the pick-up menu for prescription refills doesn’t work. So frustrating when you just want to get a refill. Calling the pharmacy for a refill is not a good idea either because they lose the prescription and start interrogating you on who you spoke to and when.

Because is this I can’t submit my refill request. This is super annoying especially when your meds are out. And the automated phone refill is out of operation as well. Very frustrating.

This is the most frustrating app. If I don’t use it for a week it signs me out and even though I use biometrics and write down my password I always have to reset my password. I hate using it and I hate how you have to redeem the points in the app because the app is so difficult

Hi no matter how many times I try to login to my account I always get a message saying that I have to review my credentials! I have tried to reset my password numerous times. I have no clue what they want me to do. I don’t see a link that indicates how to change? my information. M
