It includes all the features you would expect, including: • View latest balances on your membership, savings and loan accounts • Transfer money instantly between credit union accounts • Pay your bills or pay money to family, friends or another account you own • View and manage your monthly salary deduction • Securely message our support team Mobile banking is available to any London Mutual member. • If this is your first time using mobile banking, you will need to register as a first-time user the first time you install and open the app. This process confirms your ID and sets up your login details. • If you used the previous version of the app, simply log in using the same log in details, or use the ‘Lost your login details’ link on the sign in screen. What do I need to register? To register for the first time, you will need to be able to receive a text on the mobile number you gave us when you joined the Credit Union. Faster transfers can be delayed sometimes by a few hours especially night/early hours. 2 factor text anytime money attempts to be sent/transfered making it secure. In app chat service typically 24hr response time. If stuck the call centre are helpful if you are calling working hours inc SAT 9-1 I think. App will only show you previous 10 transactions & pending. Option to use finger/Face ID if preferred/compatible. I sent a email explaining this to the support team to MJ who sent the email and who I spoke to on the phone explaining how to log in that was over 2, weeks ago, I have not received a email back or phone call regarding this problem.
