I was not ready to pay £25+ or a subscription for an ad free version in other app as it is a rip off and without the full subscription it would be impossible to use those apps as adds would be too annoying and buggy. 

This app, on the contrary, would be easy to use with adds and I was more than happy to pay only £2.99 one time purchase for an add free version.

Absolutely brilliant app its really helpful and joyful to use it s really fascinating to know when one of those trains are approaching the platform I highly recommend this app to all TFL users, I also love the option to select the specific line you wan to see updates on being a frequent user of the Bakerloo & Jubille  & DLR  lines it’s really help to know timetables. Fantastic app, and when I've checked it against what's really happening on the tube it's 99% accurate. And, when I raised an odd thing that looked like it was being caused by some duff data, it was sorted out by the app's author pretty much instantly - and the dodgy data wasn't even his fault, it was coming from TFL. Worth every penny.

As a tube geek, I find this app by far the best one available.
Live departures are superb as they describe the current position of each train, the train number in addition to the ETA.
It manages to include trains with unusual destinations, such as the Picc terminating at ‘Hatton Cross (Platform 2 reverser)’. Even the TFL app and website simply do not show such trains.
The privacy terms seem excellent and the price to remove adverts is very small.
The only small suggestion I have concerns the ‘This train will terminate here’ status message. I can already see that because the destination is the same as the station name I’m watching. Better to still show the train no and position (IMHO).
