Reviewed by Wired.com: "A Set of Excellent iPhone Math Apps for the Older Child”. The Long Multiplication math app can be used to teach and study the long multiplication method. Endorsed by teachers Rita Zeni, Ecole Sandy Hill Elementary, Abbotsford, BC, Canada: "The math apps by Esa Helttula allow students to practice and reinforce the specific computation strategies taught in class, with as much or as little scaffolding as necessary. They also provide individualized feedback to each student, with an immediacy that is not always possible through pencil and paper practice. Being able to adjust the level of difficulty to suit their needs is also very motivating for the students. I am so glad to have come across this great educational tool!" Kelly Tenkely, iPad Curriculum: "The step by step animation and guidance will help students get the column method of multiplication down in no time. The ability to enter their own numbers means that students can input problems from a math curriculum or textbook and work through the step-by-step process with any problem. Your reluctant math students will love this app, it will act as their own personal tutor sitting with them and encouraging them on!" I bought this for £4!!!!!?????!!!!??? I do NOT understand WHY they rip people off like this!!!!! THE WORST LEARNING APP EVER. I hate this app I thought it would let me do all the working out, But noooo they just have to do it all for me and give me only the sums. They don’t even let me do anything!!! I can’t believe they made this thing!!!! I HATE THIS APP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -- emoji girl 😁😂, 2023-03-04 ### ***-- "Works" This works but it doesn't follow the format that I remember at school. It can feel a bit clumsy, because you sometimes need to do two steps in one (when you add the result of the first multiplication to the second multiplication). If the first multiplication gives a double figure, I put both figures in the result column. The result of the second multiplication goes below the first one. Draw a line underneath, and add them up in the same way as a column addition. -- AN0rt, 2016-02-04 [View all Long Multiplication reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Long Multiplication Discovered Keywords - long multiplication ## Apps Similar to Long Multiplication - [Fairy Tales Puzzles for Kids](https://apptail.io/app/fairy-tales-puzzles-for-kids-kqAe/united-kingdom) - [Math Loops Multiplication](https://apptail.io/app/math-loops-multiplication-nBFe/united-kingdom) - [Division School ! !](https://apptail.io/app/division-school-rBNe/united-kingdom) - [Learn Noun Quiz Games For Kids](https://apptail.io/app/learn-noun-quiz-games-for-kids-GtPe/united-kingdom) - [Multiplication School ! !](https://apptail.io/app/multiplication-school-SpUe/united-kingdom) - [Adjectives Quiz Games For Kids](https://apptail.io/app/adjectives-quiz-games-for-kids-JKcf/united-kingdom) - [English Grammar Verb Quiz Kids](https://apptail.io/app/english-grammar-verb-quiz-kids-aFdf/united-kingdom) - [Math Shot Adding Fractions](https://apptail.io/app/math-shot-adding-fractions-qSUf/united-kingdom) - [Big Math](https://apptail.io/app/big-math-AOpm/united-kingdom) - [Long Multiplication Calculator](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-calculator-KzUn/united-kingdom) ## Long Multiplication Available In - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/united-kingdom) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/australia) - [China](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/china) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/lithuania) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/canada) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/ireland) - [Kenya](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/kenya) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/lebanon) - [North Macedonia](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/north-macedonia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/norway) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/pakistan) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/singapore) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/south-africa) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/switzerland) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/algeria) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/egypt) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/spain) - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/long-multiplication-jRje/ghana) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
