Pretty useless app, sitting here staring at a piece of land for sale that I found because I had to simply drive around looking. It’s got a long realty sign yet the results show 0-zero

No selection for condo or townhouse

Appreciate the information available, but most RE agencies give option under single family house to choose “condo”.
