### **--- "Won’t let me sign in"
I love this store but It will not let me sign In! I have two emails and neither work nor does it allow me to reset. I don't receive the email to let me reset and I have checked junk mail and also blocked list and their not there either, I do however receive newsletter emails! I can only purchase through website and Klarna and can’t use discount codes because you need to be signed in! So for this I can only give two stars. Ordering is stressful due to this issue! Also. Considering this shop is for tall people the arms on most tops are not long enough!

It is advertised that you can receive free delivery if using the app. However if using Apple Pay through the app, it will automatically assume you want faster delivery costing £3.99. There is no way to change this delivery option. Therefore the only way the get the free delivery is to check out manually. It certainly feels like they are hoping no one notices the added delivery charge when using Apple Pay.

Items disappear from basket if I leave the app and come back later (this happened repeatedly). I ended up just not buying anything! Weeks later I’ve returned and bought only one item, because I can’t be bothered to browse the entire website again, only for items to disappear if I don’t complete the transaction in one go. Huge loss of sales for LTS!

I have tried 3 times now to buy 3 pairs of trousers but the ‘add to bag’ link doesn’t work even though my size is showing as available, when I click on it, nothing happens. I tried ‘contact us’ and that was no help either. Weirdly, the links worked for me to buy a skirt, just not the trousers.

I absolutely loved LTS when they had stores. I’d love a day trip shopping and browsing and ultimately buying their great quality items, but since moving online it has become really difficult to navigate. The app is the worst one I’ve got. Many items can’t be selected for your basket and many you can’t even select a size. To get free delivery be very careful not to just ‘checkout’. They add the delivery charge hoping you won’t notice. It’s a complex way to get the free delivery. For returns it is a time consuming nightmare. You have to go on the website. You can’t do it in the app and it is so tricky to find. Shame on you ‘Yours clothing’.

App says ‘free delivery’ but automatically charges any orders under £40 for express delivery! Then if there is any problem with your order you are charged a restocking fee…. Just be aware of hidden charges and awkward sizing of clothes before ordering as the costs of this company really add up.  Such as shame.  Used to love LTS but not since they were taken over by ‘Yours’.  Quality and customer service have really suffered.

I’ve just bought a pair of linen trousers, the quality and finished is very good and,of course, they’re actually long enough. I have just ordered another pair of linen trousers and a pair of jeans so I will have to wait and see  what the jeans are like. They are a little expensive.

This is a bit buggy still. It looks good but when items are in your basket I haven't fond a way to view what size you've added, and if you try to add the same garment again you are not given a choice of size before it is added to the basket. I'll use the website instead for now.

Selected to pay via ApplePay but only offered £3.99 delivery service. Then was told to sign in or register, upon which the LTSAPP discount disappeared.
Managed to get that reinstated but then no option to use ApplePay so had to find my actual credit card CVC number. What a pain!
Also, as a customer who prefers to wear natural fibres, for the good of the planet, I would like to see a ‘Made from’ filter.
