Great to have this combined with fitness tracker data, blood and physical markers. Amazing, high quality app with very supportive development team. Thanks for the great updates so far. Also unterm Strich, definitiv keinen Download wert. -- stamiga67, 2024-04-11 ### ***** "Amazing!" I’ve been starting to look into longevity more and found this app. It gives easy and specific instructions for healthier living (e.g. eat 50g of leafy vegetables, do a high intensity workout) based on your daily habits and your fitness tracker. You can see instant results on your ageing rate! The app can also calculate your biological age via blood values which I have not done yet (you need specific values for that). I have however put in my blood values from a recent checkup however and it gives detailed information on each value. Loved that! And all of it is science based, which is really great. Papers and studies are linked for each target, so you can easily learn more if you want to. -- jhnns98, 2024-03-13 ### ***** "Practical, science-backed app" Finally a well-functioning app with very practical yet scientifically legit hints! Very easy setup and connection with my apple watch. Love it! -- walter bob, 2024-03-07 ### ***** "Easy way to get into an overall healthier lifestyle" Was looking for some app with a holistic yet „trustworthy“ approach to get guidance on how to live an healthier and ultimately longer life. Found this on LinkedIn and was immediately impressed - easy, straight forward guidance in the app, concise and not overloaded content and clear recommendations. And additionally, by taking the effort to do a blood test it’s much more likely that you actually commit to the changes you want to make since it’s backed by YOUR health data. Clear recommendation from my side if you feel like you want/need to change something for your own health and want it backed by your personal health status. Live long and prosper. 🖖🏻 -- Twig182, 2024-03-06 [View all LONGEVITAL reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## LONGEVITAL In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Jahresabo | €150.00 | | Monatsabo | €14.99 | ## Apps Similar to LONGEVITAL -
