## LongHorn Steakhouse® Reviews in United States

### *---- "Food terrible waiter so rude food ice cold"
so me and my mom were going to plan to go to longhorn I got there the waiter was so rude like so rude and we got our soup IT WAS ICE COOD LIKE IT TASTED LIKE SOMEONE PUT ICE IN IT so and it doesn’t end there food came out and my moms steak was so burnt she could cut into it like it was black and we told the manager and she said ok and she got my mom a new plate of it but I had chicken and then my chicken was os dry like it had nothing on it like no seasoning no marinade like NOTHING so yeah it was horrible.

### *---- "Clumsy App"
Navigation is clumsy. Credit Card camera cannot handle faceless credit cards that have been fairly standard for years. Arbitrarily changed my City to another city that USED TO SHARE the Zip Code FIVE YEARS AGO AND NOW HAS ITS OWN ZIP CODE! There is a NO SEASONING option for the fries, but all it does it put notes on the receipt that are completely ignored by the staff. There is no NO SALT option available, and adding it to the item Notes merely prints more stuff on the receipt for the staff to completely ignore. I guess they simply want to give CVS competition for world’s longest receipts. UPDATE: still no way to get away from OVERSALTED FRIES. NO POINT IN CHECKING INCLUDE BREAD, bread inclusion is TOTALLY RANDOM. Location Tracking WHILE USING is perfectly satisfactory for the app so STOP BEGGING FOR ALWAYS ON. Do your reprehensible data mining for profit somewhere else! Stop wasting time selling data to spammers and put some effort in to customer service!
UPDATE. I ordered 20 min ago. I was charged 20 minutes ago. Why does this app say I ordered 1 min before arrival? And why is the suggested arrival time (rounded) only ~15 min and below the minimum threshold?

### **--- "Mostly good with one very annoying issue"
Almost everything works as expected except I want the option to use more than one gift card. As of now, you can only use one gift card and then you are forced to pay the remaining balance with Apple Pay or PayPal. There is no reason this should not work as expected.
-- Bishops daddy, 2024-12-31

### *---- "Stopped working"
Used to work. Now I get oops return to home or a developer erry
-- Csfgamer, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Oops!"
Just downloaded the app. Oops! Error. That’s all that will load when opening the app. Won’t allow me to do anything. Like it freezes.
-- Crosby33, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Bummer"
App doesn’t work. Just get a “oops” page when it loads. Cant order on the website either. Just get a “access denied” page.
-- Cassie-O, 2024-12-23

### *---- "Misrepresentation"
The app no longer functions as represented on 12/15/2024 as wait times are no longer provided. I confirmed with management at the Mentor OH location that they had been informed this feature was being discontinued due to technical issues & wait time inaccuracies.
-- SaybrookOH, 2024-12-15

### *---- "Fix it or get rid of it"
I am writing this review because twice now I have used the app to put myself and my family onto the waitlist at my local Longhorn restaurant. Twice when we get to the restaurant we are nowhere to be found on the list. Once I can understand as a fluke, but twice that tells me that there is a problem with the app. I don’t even know why you guys have a app. All you can do on it is order food and I wouldn’t even bet that they would get the order. If you can’t fix this app so it works, get rid of it!
