Contact their support and was told to reload the app as I can’t add to the Apple wallet useless exercise. This started in March of this year and was told to expect update email. Never happen. Now I just keep a picture on the phone. The other complaints regarding waiting for a password reset takes a while when if you get it. Longo’s need to some real professional IT personnel to help debug the app. No star rating is not available
