## LOOK Philippines Reviews in Philippines

### **--- "Optimization"
I feel like the app’s not fully optimized yet. Lot of delay/lag while scrolling. Had a hard time logging since everytime I tap to type in my email/ password, the keyboard doesn’t show up and I can’t even type my email because it’s hidden at the top part of the page. I can’t even scroll up to see it.
-- -floopie-, 2023-04-16

### *---- "Points are not reflected correctly"
It’s annoying as I have to follow up with their support team to reflect my points. And even up to now they don’t reflect my points correctly in my account.
-- Eric Tiburcio, 2023-03-27

### ***** "Better than the old app"
Now faster and better but still needs a lot of improvement. Loading should be instant. Zero delays.
-- janelaurente, 2023-02-08

### *---- "Crappy App"
Very frustrating app!!!
-- Chloecorpuz04, 2022-03-17

### *---- "App is too slow"
Slow in loading products and changing tabs
-- Aria-casanov, 2022-02-16

### *---- "Same Day Delivery is a Bogus"
Please remove your same day delivery ad if you cannot fulfill it. I placed my order ahead of your 2 PM cut-off.
-- Aj Gavz, 2021-06-08

### *---- "Hard to navigate"
Not easy to use app. I tried to fo passworf reset and still unable to access my account.
-- Alexshamcey, 2021-05-11

### *---- "Nahh."
Needs a lot of improvement. Not all stocks are available in the app but surely they have in the store. :( they need to step up if they want to be a one stop (online) shop for beauty and skin care products.
-- Skye1102, 2021-04-16

### *---- "Won’t let me sign in"
Right after I installed the app, it keeps crashing whenever I tried signing in. Not a rally good experience
-- paleLuna, 2021-04-14

### **--- "Put more photo reference"
Would like to try purchasing but hesitant to do so; I suggest putting more product info and photos just so we know the item’s shade/color/consistency.

It’s a hassle that We still have to look up online how a particular lipstick’s color shade looks every time.
