Chinese garbage. App doesn’t connect.

When app does connect .1% of the time the clock cam time is off. Pointless chinky crappy app as usual.

Notification bugs

Been using multiple cameras for years and they worked great but now motion detection push alerts are gone. Have tried from multiple devices but I can’t get the motion notifications to work which means it’s a software issue.

Wrong time. No support

Look guys. You have a half decent product here but there is no way to correct time. I tried rebooting and resetting. Time is correct a few minutes and then it is off by 4 to 6 hours. Fix this PLEASE since it effects timestamps on videos on Scard. Fix this and you'll get your 5 stars

It was fine for a week

I’m currently out of town so I cannot physically troubleshoot this issue. There was an outage in my neighborhood which caused the device to go offline. Now the internet is back up and running and the device still reads “offline”. This has been so inconveniencing because this device is now useless until I get back home. The audio issues are less than decent. I wish the audio was better, however, you can make out audio 75% of the time. Please add Bluetooth capability for audio listening and improve the audio. I would not purchase this device again.

Garbage

Cameras won’t stay online. I deleted a camera because it wouldn’t stay online. Trying to find the reset button in the hole of the camera is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. Spent a lot of money on the cameras and it’s trash.

Load failed

I keep getting load failed why? For the rest I wish it was 160 degree angle.

If I could give zero stars I would complete wast of money

Please add ability to dim time brightness and record in 4K
