Even if it was, it didn’t use an English speaking App. Once I had the thing finally set up after dealing with some out-of-date instructions that were sent with the package, it wouldn’t stream video for longer than 5 seconds. Then it would freeze. Kept saying camera was “offline”. Finally ran an Ethernet cable all through my house to the Roku model I purchased, and now it works. However, it only streams video if the device I’m using to watch the live feed, is also connected to WiFi. So if I’m out in public, using cellular data, it doesn’t connect. Also, it doesn’t record video. It will send me a push notification that says “Alarmning” (misspelled) and that’s when it should be detecting motion. It simply takes a photo of what happened, but doesn’t record any video?! It’s pretty much useless. I now need to search for a better product and waste even more money.
