Using the app is more complicated that the website

Never get my orders

I ordered last month and haven’t received my order talked to customer service and it’s useless every time I check the shipment history it’s empty and when I explain the situation to them and ask them to track the shipment they tell me its either unactivated or they don’t know where the shipment is and they just keep offering a replacement but the replacement shipment doesn’t even arrive this is my third time contacting customer service and they only say that the issue won’t repeat and will offer a replacement, all I can say is I would never waste my money on an app like this.

It's been already one week since they postponing delivery of my order. Today customer service said i need 10 extra days. Like total joke.

There is no way to return or replace with any order, even though they sent you expired products. I have been contacting them for a week now for replacing an expired product. Every time different customer care replies with different requirements. I have been describing and uploading thousands of times things and still can’t be solved. Super disappointing!!! Will delete this app!!! Company like this will be out of the market sooner or later.

I used to like this website a lot until I experienced the irresponsible & horrible customer service. I Never received my refund for 2 items which I ordered on last Sept 2023. I just lost my money which is unacceptable. The items were cancelled from the website due to custom issue. They updated me by email that they processed the refund. I kept following up and never got the effective response from them. Now my emails bounced back saying that their inbox is fulled. I will never order again even though there are some items I want from their website.

I saw lots of people say it’s a scam.but I still decided to try. It’s such an amazing app, prices are good and they deliver on time even before time but the problem is they tell if their products are out of stock,and you never know it’s out of stock unless you make your order and pay.I ordered 4 items I got 3 before their estimated delivery date and one was out of stock which I did not know and I had to wait a week or 2 to receive my last item. It’s really amazing and products r good but I hope they include on a product if it’s out of stock or at least not available at the moment before paying or making an order.

very bad delivery service .. i oreder from 16 day and didn’t receive my order and when i talk to the support team no one help or care .. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

For a month I unsuccessfully tried to contact lookatfantastic to understand what was happening with my order, but I only received nothing. when I called the delivery service, the robot told me that such an order doesn’t exist. look at fantastic did absolutely nothing to solve the problem. they just kept saying that there was an unsuccessful delivery attempt, but NO delivery attempts were made. no one called me and no one came to me. A month has passed, the order has not been delivered, the money has not been returned to me. I don’t trust look at fantastic anymore. It was my last order here
