Check out process is complicated
Tried a few times to purchase Lancôme skin care but the system kept blocking me from completing the order. Very frustrated. Also, it doesn’t support Apple Pay, very inconvenient.

I downloaded the app just to get 20% and it didn’t take it off. Only on some orders not most.

Sent me used items, lied that they’ll contact me, I waited a week, nothing and when I tried to contact them again, I had to rewrite all of my info 10 times, because they kept closing the chat if I didn’t respond in 5 minutes. Absolutely disgusting customer service
