## Lookout for Work Reviews in United States

### *---- "Takes hours to acknowledge apps have been removed."
As a test, I was asked to install an app known to be non-compliant with my company’s policy. After testing that our Lookout policies picked up the app and put my device in non-compliance, I removed it from the device. That was at 9:30 this morning. It is now 3 pm and the Lookout app on my phone is still indicating non-compliance. I have removed/re-pushed the Lookout app to my phone 3 times, as well as shut down the phone for 30 minutes. It still says it sees the offending app.
Note: Lookout is very quick on reporting back to the management tools otherwise, it is just really, REALLY slow when it’s out of compliance.
-- vivaladiff, 2025-07-25

### ***** "Great flexibility"
Not just an admin tool but flexible enough for everyone who needs to be protected.
-- CMock96, 2025-07-09

### *---- "Really wish this app didn't help people commit fraud"
The title says it all. This app is fraudulent. If they have any sort of partnership with wireless carriers the carriers are being scammed.
-- Sharky6787, 2025-06-16

### ***** "Real Mobile Solution"
Finally…something that provides enterprise grade level protection for the mobile device!
-- Growth Leadership, 2025-05-07

### *---- "I don’t have Spotify!"
App thinks I have Spotify
-- sean@m, 2025-02-12

### *---- "Program does not respond well"
If it has a problem you are just out of luck
-- Broken99999ooo, 2025-02-01

### ****- "Mike’s Phone"
Good
-- Umpone, 2024-12-16

### *---- "Botches up app operations"
We have constant random problems with LookOut botching up communications in mobile apps. Delete LookOut and magically things like FaceTime and Zoom don’t have an issue.

Any time we have an app problem with networking, we delete lookout first to see if it is the cause.

I’d call LookOut a duncil if it were not for the fact that it actually does harm to the user’s operations.
-- Nuké, 2024-12-10

### *---- "App does not work"
The app does not work correctly. Can’t get into my email or teams because the app says that I’m not protected. Sign into the web version and it says protected!!!
-- Crappyest, 2024-10-04

### *---- "Apps stop working"
My apps for hotels stop working
-- Hotelsx2, 2024-09-27
