## Loom Reviews in United States

### *---- "Good on the desktop"
Loom is great with the desktop version but the app lags and doesn’t sync voice and video properly. iPhone 16 max pro
-- Clint Fowler, 2025-01-01

I could record video well but after that not getting any way out to send the recorded video to my team or network
-- Moslem Sikder, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Didn’t save!😡"
I did like an hour of recording it. It didn’t save any of it. Worst app I’ve ever used.
-- MarshmallowKING7, 2024-12-24

### *---- "Won’t let me log in"
I’m unable to log in as when I try to log in by google or apple or sign in too, the buttons just don’t work??
-- chicky nuggy18181773, 2024-11-22

### *---- "Doesn’t work at all"
Video stops recording 5 seconds in, interface is terrible, overall poor experience with this platform. Avoid it and find a better platform to use for you and your team.
-- ZomBombing, 2024-11-21

### ***-- "Loom please fix this"
Loom recording always ends recording about 10 seconds to soon.
-- Consumer./(, 2024-11-21

### **--- "Just a straight problem"
The app either on the phone or on desktop starts and stops at random times so you lose valuable information, also it is difficult to know if the loom saves properly or not. I wouldn’t purchase it again.
-- jasonk6282761829, 2024-11-11

### ***** "Loom is Awesome!"
Loom makes it so easy to create brief, simple, informational videos to communicate with my staff! Very user-friendly!
-- Mitcharama, 2024-11-05

It’s not as easy as you make it out to be
-- glamorous63, 2024-11-05

### ***** "Amazing!"
This app has been nothing but helpful. I am so grateful to have this app. It is so so so so so great to have. Also don’t listen to the people that say it’s bad. It is amazing and there is no glitching and no bad audio. Everything is amazing and great. I am just starting my small business and I am going to do a business fair first to get things going and this app helps me communicate with my partner ever better! Again, I am so grateful for this app. I am so exited to go back after writing this review and go work on another video! 😘😘😘🫶🏻🫶🏻
