Until you use it" I’m still staring at a white screen after having added a 10 image photo album. I hate apps and companies who release products with virtually no instructions and arrogantly think their product is intuitive when it isn’t. (Google, I’m also looking at you!) I am a tech trainer at a company and it failed. -- Vidmeister, 2025-01-02 ### ***-- "Needs work" Concept is great and basic functionality is fine but major UX improvements needed. For example, you can’t move a photo from one album to another. Instead you would have to delete and re-add it. If you’re adding a bunch of photos from your phone album at once, you can’t put them in different albums. You have to put them in one album. If you are going to put a bunch of selected photos into an album and go back, you lose all of your selections and have to start over. I could go on and on… -- BeHonest…, 2024-12-26 ### ***-- "OK but lacks functionality" The app is ok at what it does, though the set up with FamilyAlbum was very clunky and complicated. Also, I would really appreciate an iOS widget as well as integration with iOS shortcuts to be able to turn off the frame remotely and integrate it into my other smart home workflows. -- Brunox13, 2024-09-28 ### **--- "Landscape view missing" Seriously, get a landscape view. Your frames have one.. -- ice57, 2024-06-13 ### *---- "Worst gift I’ve ever given…" This frame and app are not user friendly at all. Extremely difficult for older family members to set up and use. -- plumhope, 2024-06-11 ### ***** "Happy" Really Love this app and easy to use. All family loves it and pictures can be send from any parts of the world. Thank you for this app. -- Healing Souls., 2024-01-27 ### *---- "Run away" The frame it self is glitching and will not get past connecting to WiFi, this app is beyond a joke. Just return the money! -- jsh907, 2023-12-29 ### ***-- "Frame is cool, app is lacking" The app needs work. It’s too basic. I want to know who has pending invitations. When I invite someone to an album it reads “pending” but that changes back to “share”. It should remain pending so we know what’s been sent. When I have a badge notification and open the app there’s no indication of the activity. This was marketed that it is as simple as texting a photo. That’s not true, an account and an app are required. Edit: Finding additional problems as we use it. We need the ability to delete people or to stop sharing with a particular person. This needs to be resolved immediately! If you accidentally share an album, it’s impossible to fix the mistake. Or say someone is no longer a part of your life/family, but they still have access to your family photos and the ability to add to them. Not good. Please update with this functionality asap. -- gurleyone, 2023-12-27 ### *---- "Disappointed" Son gave this as a birthday present to his mother. Black screen of death after barely a year. Reached out to customer support, they claimed the USB plug was the problem. Really? Promised to send a fix AND SENT NOTHING. Don’t waste your money! -- Sgeo23, 2023-11-12 ### *---- "Need ability to remove users" My brother is getting divorced and I need a way to remove his soon-to-be ex-wife from an album. We don’t want her to keep seeing photos that everyone in our family is posting to the app. You need to put a fix in place for this ASAP. Between this serious miss and the many hardware issues we’ve had with the Loop frame, I’m not impressed with this product. -- TheGundark, 2023-05-24 [View all Loop Photo Frame reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Loop Photo Frame Discovered Keywords - loop photo frame ## Loop Photo Frame Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/united-states) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/canada) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/germany) - [Netherlands](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/netherlands) - [Poland](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/poland) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/mexico) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/belarus) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/colombia) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/czechia) - [Denmark](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/denmark) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/dominican-republic) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/egypt) - [Finland](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/finland) - [France](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/france) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/united-kingdom) - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/ghana) - [Greece](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/greece) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/hong-kong) - [Hungary](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/hungary) - [Indonesia](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/indonesia) - [Ireland](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/ireland) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/india) - [Italy](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/italy) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/japan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/south-korea) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/kuwait) - [Lebanon](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/lebanon) - [Lithuania](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/lithuania) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/malaysia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/norway) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/new-zealand) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/peru) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/philippines) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/pakistan) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/south-africa) - [Argentina](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/argentina) - [Austria](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/austria) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/australia) - [Belgium](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/belgium) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/brazil) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/uzbekistan) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/vietnam) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/united-arab-emirates) - [Portugal](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/portugal) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/romania) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/saudi-arabia) - [Sweden](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/sweden) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/singapore) - [Slovenia](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/slovenia) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/taiwan) - [Ukraine](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/ukraine) - [Uruguay](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/uruguay) - [Spain](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/spain) - [Belize](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/belize) - [Slovakia](https://apptail.io/app/loop-photo-frame-tyMf/slovakia) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
