Loop Walk tells you when to turn around, so you finish right back where you started, at the distance you wanted. No pre-planned routes. No turn-by-turn directions. Loop Walk is a distance-budget keeper: you set the goal, you choose every turn, and the app quietly does the math in the background. HOW IT WORKS 1. Set a goal: 3 km, 5 km, 10, whatever today calls for. 2. Start from anywhere and wander freely. 3. At 85% of your budget, a gentle heads-up tells you to start thinking about heading back. 4. At 100%, a clear haptic says: turn around now. 5. Gone over? A third nudge keeps the overshoot honest. 6. Finish near your starting point, right on target. KEY FEATURES - Walk, run, or ride, with workouts saved to Apple Health - Glanceable live screen: distance covered, time, and distance from start - Smart turn-around point that accounts for the real walking route home, not the straight line - Haptics and notifications work with the phone in your pocket and the screen off - History with route-shape glyphs and a map of every finished loop - Apple Watch companion: alerts on your wrist, standalone starts when the phone stays home PRIVATE BY DESIGN - No account, no ads, no subscriptions, no analytics SDKs - Your workouts and history stay on your device - The one network call is to Apple Maps, used a handful of times per walk to refine the turn-around estimate, under Apple's privacy policy Not a route generator. Not a navigator. Just freedom with a distance budget. Set a goal and step outside. Loop Walk will tell you when to come home.
