Ich habe hier zum ersten Mal bestellt und wurde direkt auf ganzer Linie enttäuscht. Zuerst wurden die FIFA-Coins nicht korrekt gutgeschrieben – nur 300.000 statt der gekauften 500.000. Erst nach meiner Beschwerde wurde der Betrag richtiggestellt. 

Doch damit war der Ärger nicht vorbei: Mehrere meiner Spieler, die einen Gesamtwert von über 300.000 Coins hatten, sind plötzlich aus meinem Team verschwunden. Ich habe das ganze am Abend bemerkt, als ich mich erneut eingeloggt habe. Und komischerweise waren es genau die wertvollsten Spieler, die verschwunden sind. Statt eine klare Lösung anzubieten, stellt sich der Verkäufer ahnungslos und versucht, die Schuld abzuwälzen. In seiner Antwort behauptet er, dass die Spieler „nie gesehen“ wurden und ich keinen Beweis für den Besitz der Spieler vorlegen könne – was absolut lächerlich ist!

Darüber hinaus wird mir eine „Entschädigung“ von läppischen 50.000 Coins angeboten, als Ausgleich dafür, dass ich den Verkäufer überhaupt gewählt habe! Diese Frechheit ist kaum zu fassen und zeigt das wahre Gesicht dieses unseriösen Anbieters. Ich fühle mich betrogen und absolut im Stich gelassen!

Wer hier kauft, riskiert nicht nur sein Geld, sondern wird auch mit Ausreden abgespeist und nicht ernst genommen.

Mein Fazit: Finger weg von diesem Anbieter!
