## Lord's Reviews in United Kingdom

### ****- "ODI vs Australia"
A very enjoyable day as an Associate Member. However the loud music was an irritating distraction.
-- Nezzo888, 2024-09-28

### *---- "Tickets"
Very clunky procedure to obtain tickets. Still trying!! And I do NOT appreciate a review popping up while I’m doing it!!!
-- Very Irritated 2, 2024-08-31

### *---- "Customer experience"
A day at Lords with a full house has an incomparable atmosphere which overcomes most annoyances. However the zero choice on seat allocation, leg room, outrageous distance from the wicket, no protection from the sun, have tested the point of visiting Lords to the limit. It has become a physically uncomfortable, visually frustrating, unhealthy day out at an exploitatively high cost.
Please ask your marketing director to spend the whole day in the upper level Compton stand, row r, seat 95 and if they can walk at the end of the day and give any coherent summary of the cricket not derived from the giant screen, I will buy a ticket again next year.
PS check the sun and wind situation first or they may not return.
-- Stoic 2, 2024-08-30

### *---- "No wallet"
Seems over engineered to have to use the app and set up an account, with a 12 char p/word, just to get the ticket why no Wallet option
-- EJUrule, 2024-08-30

### *---- "Lords App"
I don’t want another app on my phone. Why not email tickets like everyone else?
-- Russ Jackel, 2024-08-28

### *---- "my lords app review"
Difficult to register hard to find tickets . Why not just email pdf file. Very poor and could put you off coming
-- paul twigden, 2024-08-25

### ***** "Great app"
Great to have all my tickets in one place.

As the ground is cashless, shame I can’t use the app to pay for food and drink. And let my guests use my app to pay for their drinks on my bill!
-- Happy Appy !, 2024-08-24

### *---- "Progress?"
It takes ages to download the app and then when you register your details so as to access a ticket it fails to recognise your details. 40 minutes later it did work but very frustrating.
-- Cross from Kent, 2024-08-23

### *---- "Too complicated"
Needs simplifying
-- TUI hol regular, 2024-08-21

### *---- "CE Alexander"
It is so frustrating not to know when the barcode will appear. For the Windies Test they never appeared.I have two other tickets as well via ballot and cannot find them on this app.
The app should be fast , easy to use and efficient. It is none of these.
-- Brangane, 2024-08-11
