## Los Angeles County Reviews in United States

### *---- "They don’t respond"
LA County Public Works simply won’t respond, or fix issues on here. Such a waste.
-- Jermination, 2025-07-24

### ***** "Incredible"
Everything you want a city to be doing. Service request feature works, and the turnaround time on the requests is incredible. Apps like this are why I enjoy living in this county.
-- Soundersrule, 2025-04-27

### *---- "Too Many Bugs on Revamped App"
I had no problems in the past using the older version of this app. After they changed it’s appearance and features I can hardly report one problem without some type of hiccup of this buggy redesign
-- AppleUserG9, 2024-05-28

### *---- "Latest update broke app"
Latest update just gives errors when trying to do a location; once you get a valid location it then errors if trying to submit. The app worked great before, this update is a huge step backwards.
-- Jungleskip, 2024-05-24

### *---- "App not very easy to navigate"
App not easy to navigate
-- thats ugly, 2022-09-13

### *---- "New Updated Apps failed"
I tried on the map is failure located , scroll down on email address stills corrupted. The New updated Beta testing on apps don’t work scroll down. I like old version like google map than new updates. Please fix bug.
-- JohhnyGood Angel, 2022-01-28

### *---- "Great idea. Horrible app!"
This app doesn’t work at all! It just keeps saying “connecting error”, though my internet is fine. It also locks up and freezes when trying to connect. I reported an issue yesterday - or I thought I did. Then I checked the status after I reported it and it didn’t show any reports. I tried to make a report again today and now it doesn’t even work. I can select the location and then it asks to select issue, but there are no options. Can’t get beyond that. This app is just a waste of time.
-- Twisted30, 2021-02-28

### *---- "Does not work"
Closes cases without actually fixing the problems.
-- ELA_Jay, 2021-01-21

### ***** "Graffiti Cleaned Up Within a Day"
Impressed how easy it was to attach a photo, tag the location and get updates on it all. Well done LA County Works Dept.
-- nick nombre, 2020-10-28

### ***-- "I wish it had a real map of road closures"
It be nice to add road closures due for the weather, construction, Etc like the map in the
