Fit & Flat offers different types of subscriptions so that you can choose the right one for you (3 months access renewal, 1 month access renewal etc.). Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can cancel your subscriptions at any time in your iTunes account settings. Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

This is my first time writing an review for a work out app and I got to say this app is easy to use,it’s not hard and the workouts are easy to follow I totally recommend (coming from a 16yrd old )

I’m starting with five stars and I will deduct points if it’s not free or if it’s not that interesting etc I will come back after a week i will come back (2 seconds later) I got my plan and it’s not free like how tiktok said DONT download without being able to pay
