Only time I see results is when using this app!!💙
I’ve always tried diet plans and the gym and etc. not gonna lie I am a lazy person and I’d rather eat less than exercise (can, and will fix that). Counting calories and cooking my own food was the best way I lost weight in 2018. I eat literally everything I want, like 3 donuts for breakfast. As long as everything is in my calorie limit. I used to be 85kg and went down to 67kg in a year. Now I’m back up at 73kg and hope to go back down somewhere in the 67 range again!

“Lose it” has always been my personal preference for calorie counting over all the other competitors. I have tried MFP and FS for a year each but never really enjoyed them.
Keep it up Devs. I like the new themes too ;P

It is a good and adequate application to log and observe what are you eating in a good way and it is user-friendly and usable application. Also you can register your weight changes among other things if you take the premium I like it makes me know what I eat and it has can you feature of the things that you don’t know how much calories have it’s good I like it are used it since January

I am 181 cm and was 74 kg, not until I used this app, I then was 66kg and then I stopped using it for a few months and I gained 3.5 kg. I have to get back to this app ASAP

Guys I’m not joking. Was fit all my life. Past 7 years I’ve turned fat till over 115 kilos. Started this app and now I’m at 97.2. It’s addictive, extremely helpful, very easy to use. Literary the best app ever. Period!

Before it was perfect app It calculate carbs and fat transfer it how much calories but now it only showing percent of it, hate to use it and looking for new app better than this stupid
