A very easy and functional app

I’m so happy I took a chance on purchasing the lose it app. Already down some kgs. It has been a fulfilling journey and experience.

Disappointing

Been using this app since 2021 as it is easy to use and the features it provides was awesome! Plus no ads but now, features like scanning barcodes on food is behind a pay wall and there are pop up ads now. Disappointing.

No barcode scanner

You may not even get the basic functions like a barcode scanner unless you pay for premium. This was what I was told though an email “Our product team is currently running a test where some of our formerly free features are now bundled within our Premium offering, like the barcode scanner. At this time, these features are behind a paywall for new users at random.” No way to request for it even if your write in.

If user need to pay money, tell in the first step. I spent 10 min answering 50 questions then neededcto pay. I could have saved my 10min if you just say need to subscribe to use this app

Best health tracking app ever

Over the years I have tried so many apps but this one is the best ever. Worth every penny . Seamlessly integrates with the apple health app, the user interface is perfect and the data insights are great!!!

Disappointing

Ive been using this app for a while and I’ve been loyal to it for abit, even recommending it to friends..its so disappointing that it has pop up ads now… what a waste and a bunch of sell outs. Will be transitioning to other apps

change the widget colours

the current widget colour for dark mode is quite hideous and ruins an otherwise good app. i would like for further themes and colours for the app and the widget like a black widget instead of a blue one for dark mode

This is a wonderful app particularly now with the New Year discount. I would like to share a bug with the Apple watch workout syncing: the type of workout shown on the app does not match the actual workout done. Although the calories burned are correct. Hope you can fix it.

I can’t permanently remove an activity on a particular day as it keeps coming back. Pls fix this issue/ bug.

Food data list not comprehensive enough

Always have to Google and ended up copying from MyFitnessPal most of the time. I'm sure the developers are aware of this but they don't seem to be doing anything to make it better. Also, there is too much user-created food data with absurd nutritional info and there is no cleaning up done on it. Clearly losing out to their competitor on this segment. If Lose It can match up, it would otherwise be a perfect app.
