## LOST in BLUE Description
After surviving a plane crash, you must collect resources to craft weapons and tools, build facilities and houses to withstand the elements of this strange island. Battle through various natural environments like fiery volcanoes, freezing glaciers, etc. and difficult obstacles such as mutant zombies, militias, wild creatures, etc. Do everything you can to get yourself home.

To Survive on this mysterious deserted island, you must form friendships with players from around the world and gather the limited resources.

-CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
Upgrade your character to stay alive and experience the excitement of what mother nature has to offer to its fullest.

-A UNIQUE ISLAND
The PVE part of this game is unlike any others. Survive and explore natural sceneries like beaches, tropical rainforests, swamps, and volcanoes. At the same time, you are battling your way through man-made obstacles, such as an expedition ship from the 1980s, many secret research labs, ancient underground ruins, and deadly abandoned temples.

-LEARN TO CRAFT AND BUILD
Collect materials and use them to build your own camp! Learn to craft various types of tools and weapons. You will need them to survive! Build your own unique camp with defensive facilities such as sensory tower, arrow tower, etc. and survival facilities like vegetable patches, where you plant seeds and grow food, or workbenches, where you make tools for hunting or gathering!

-PVP OR PVE
It's your choice! Whether to fight or work with other players!

-GO ON EXCITING ADVENTURES
This game was developed to provide players with the Ultimate experience of surviving on a deserted island. The PVE and PVP elements are something you can never find in any other game!

I like the storyline I like the gameplay, but it’s just too much for paid to win not like last day on earth cause last day on earth you can do everything except for pay to win. The graphics are immersive and the mechanics are satisfying, but basic QOL features are paywalled behind the most exploitative model, a weekly subscription, rather than the industry standard of a one time purchase for things like extra building queues. 

Why paywalling QoL features hurts players

1. Undermines game enjoyment

QoL features like auto-collect, sorting, and crafting on the go are expected conveniences in survival games. Requiring a weekly fee for them forces players into a “pay to avoid tedium” model, not “play better”  .

2. Financial friction and FOMO

Subscriptions are recurring costs—easily overlooked until you feel the pinch. Worse, battle pass-style timers (like limited inventory queues or event windows) pressure players into paying just to keep up. That’s less about choice and more about stress.

3. Alienates non-paying users

Even smartphone gamers who prefer upfront purchases (like $5–15 premium titles) avoid freemiums with hidden charges  . QoL features are part of the core experience, not optional extras worth a weekly fee.

🚫 A better alternative
	•	One-time purchase DLC: A $5–10 bundle for QoL tools is transparent, and less likely to feel exploitative.
	•	Earnable or ads‑supported unlocks: Let players unlock basic QoL features via gameplay milestones or reasonable ad views.
	•	Tiered subscription: Reserve real paywalls for cosmetic or endgame content, not gameplay convenience.

🔚 Bottom line:

Locking core QoL tools behind a subscription doesn’t enhance the game—it hijacks it. It turns a hardcore-ish survival adventure into a grindy wallet trap. Making QoL features pay-to-access signals “you must pay to enjoy the basics,” and that alienates both dedicated and casual players alike.

Unless Volcano Force rethinks this, LOST in BLUE risks being remembered as yet another mobile game that burned its potential down.

It won’t stay open sometimes I’m lucky enough for 5 mins. But usually it’s a min then crash I have to keep reopening. If it wasn’t for that I’d like the game very much. But I wish they wouldn’t make us  do home invasions just to progress in the story. I prefer to survive n do quest without fighting others

The games very creative. You get a dinosaur to ride around. After a plane crash your stuck trying to survive on an island full of monsters and bosses to beat. So graphics are good. The movement is kinda odd compared to other similar games. You have to work to gather resources and level up. I had issues finding things. When your outside your shelter after you beat the monsters by your shelter you go to next area come back they are there again. It’s bit monotonous still fun. Think it’s still needs bit of work, for free although,  can’t complain. Happy Gaming. Still has kinks to work out.. worth a download for sure..

I’m only giving it 3 stars at this point because I’ve only made it to level 39 and it’s been a struggle. There’s so much that it can be overwhelming.

1. I’m going to keep playing for now because the game is fun, there’s just a lot to it. Overall, I like it. There hasn’t been a requirement to purchase anything to continue making progress yet. There are a ton of purchase options available for those who like to add to the basic game. There’s also regular sales and promotional discounts.

2. The recommended power for my level is about 53,000 but I’ve only made it to about 45,000. I found a few things that need improvement but not enough to raise it that much.

3. Trying to join a camp is frustrating because there’s so many inactive players and camps. You have to join a camp to find out if it’s active and if it’s not, there’s a waiting period before you can join another one. It would be nice to see a change made to that aspect of the game.

4. There’s a limit to how many chests you can build. It goes up as you level, but still not enough for players like me that prefer to keep what we spend time collecting. The plus side of that is that the chests can be upgraded for more slots and bigger chests are available as you level. As is normal with all of these games, bigger better chests require bigger better harder to get materials.

5. A section of the gameplay screen is taken up by daily purchase options. It would be nice for those to be more hidden, as they can be annoying with the flashing, but it’s not detrimental to survival.

6. The devs seem to be active with player’s feedback and updates are done regularly. I recommend giving this game a good try.
