LOT Polish Airlines

I’ve had very bad experience today with LOT company. My fife has bought 3 tickets for our family for new year holidays from Prague to Tallinn and back. At the airport we’ve found out that one of our tickets was cancelled. Without explanation, without notification and money back (but I will write the request later). I don’t know what is in LOT’s management in the head if they let happen things like this! Next time I suppose to choose another company.

Sadly the app does not even open. I want to start flying with LOT and gain air miles with them, but I guess I’ll just stick to another Star Alliance member for the time being until this is resolved.

Worst application ever, you cannot find flight for some period. You have to know exact days otherwise it says No flights available this day. When I try to find it in timetable it says data error. Impossible to find a flight!

Hi, alway when I use Lot app I have troubles to fill in data. Further more I am always asked to fill in basic data like nationality, ID type, ID numbers again. Why should I even fill country and airport? Yesterday I tried 20 times to submid filled data and I never succeed, everytime I was asked to start fill in from zero including basic accound data. I downlowded even newest version. No improvement. At the end I went through standard personal check in. Thanks got it went fast otherwise I would miss my plane. I am using 15 other airlines app ant the LOT one is not the worst one you can simply not use it :-( completely out of range. Roman Galuszka

Why is not possible to save boarding pass to Wallet anymore??? What a hustle! Checkin is horrible - looks like it redirects me to web. Pls make an update asap! Thanks

Okay, so when I download the app, I expect it will make my life easier and save time for CHECK-IN. So I was hoping that: 1) It will save my personal data as e-mail, Frequent Flyer Number etc and it will fill it in automatically at check-in - but it does not. Even though I have the personal account created and the info is saved there. (Especially the FF number, that is a pain). 2) If I check in in my mobile, I will have the boarding pass automatically saved offline - but it does not. Very irritating. So I am forced to take a screenshot... How elegant. So basically all the reasons why the app should be better than website, are missing... Please do something about it. (And just in case you were wondering, I dont care about all the other functions in your app. I just want fast and easy CHECK-IN.)

Much more better than to use web page. But I see 2 big disadvantages: A) why not to use one StarAlliance app? Or Miles&More? B) why do not use Passbook as boarding pass storage. Now I have to check in app, receive SMS, download pass and keep it in open web-browser. Too much places for mistake.

Fatalna aplikacja. Notorycznie pokazuje że rynek na którym dokonałem rezerwacji to Albania i nie ma możliwości zmiany rynku. Nie mam przez to możliwości zarządzania rezerwacją z poziomu aplikacji. I nie można z tego ekranu z Albania przejść gdziekolwiek dalej. Nie mam możliwości wybrania rynku Polska bo takiego rynku nie ma dostępnego.
