## LOTS Description
LOTS is the simplest way to purchase and renew your season parking at LHN Parking Car parks.

After a simple one-time setup, you can have access to season parking purchase and renewals anytime of the day, even after office hours. Did you forget to renew your parking this month and only realised it when you arrived at the office? No problem! Activation and validation of your season parking is automatic upon receipt of payment.

Other features we know you will love:

1. Bought a new vehicle? Vehicle at the workshop?
Change your IU and vehicle number temporarily through the app

2. Flexible and convenient payments
Choose from credit card payments or PayNow.

3. Applying for special season parking rates?
Now that is easily accomplished by submitting your documents through the app.

## LOTS Reviews in Singapore

### *---- "Poor Interface & Profiteering Operator"
Due to forecast changes for the upcoming quarter, we bulk-renewed an additional season ticket in error. Notified the operator within 15 minutes of transaction and requested a refund for that single season ticket. CS did not bother to verify nor review, gave simple rejection reason based on its own assumption without checking. CS offered to refund only if they penalised the transaction with a one-month penalty fee, without even offering other reasonable options like transferring season to other vehicles. This is not the first time I have experienced problems with the app interface and operator’s dictated policies as well. Beware of profiteering tactics and do not engage for long-term season purchases.

### *---- "Absolute garbage"
Your app is absolute trash. Was it designed by a 5 year old kid? Like literally the UI, it don’t even work. You wanna do a parking business but can’t be bothered to do a proper app? I suggest you quickly fire whoever doing this app. Garbage

Love the newly released apps with polished UX/UI. This should be the best of class car park application in the market thus far.
-- VR.test, 2025-06-19

### *---- "Horrible app"
This app is utterly useless. Error messages everywhere causing issues for such a simple task. I think snail mail might be better.

App was working but no longer can be open
-- Loh Mae, 2025-03-17
