I downloaded this app after finding Lottie on instagram and doing her 24 day challenge back during covid when i felt trapped, worried and needed an escape. I had no idea what pilates was little did i know id fall in love with it. 4 years later I'm still using this app 4-5 times a week and also got my friend to sign up to a membership. Its perfect if you want to push your self and feel strong or need a more gentle class because life has gotten busy. I love this app and how its transformed my relationship with working out and my mind. Thank you Lottie!!!

I fell upon Lottie’s classes during a time I was really at war with my body. I had never heard or seen anyone speak about exercise in such a kind and gentle way - not trying to “change” the physical body or strive for an aesthetic. My movement practise has become something I can do with my Mum and most importantly it makes me feel happier. I finish classes feeling calmer, with a sense of grounding and connection! The other teachers on the platform are equally brilliant and the videos are very high quality. My favourite feature is that you can download classes for when you are offline and abroad and Lottie creates monthky guides.

I started following Lottie’s videos in lockdown on YouTube and I love the variation of classes, the challenging series and the more restorative and yoga inspired classes. I started subscribing to the membership as I began to start travelling for work again as we came out of lockdown and it has been brilliant taking the classes with me wherever I am in the world. I have been doing Pilates now for a good few years and it is part of my daily routine to stay grounded and in touch with my body. I love that there are different lengths of classes, monthly schedules to follow and you can create your own calendar of classes too. I love it! Thanks Lottie + team

I started Pilates with Lottie online and she is so clear that you cannot go wrong. The lesson are very pro, varied and lifts up your mood every time. There is son much choice that I do a session most days, be it a quickie sometimes or a lovely full session. When under the weather, there are calming sessions to make you feel better. When you want to push it, there are tough classes to challenge you. Lottie is the best. We all love her. The app is super easy, self explanatory.

Lottie Murphy is such a knowledgeable Pilates teacher and all her years on Youtube shows in this very classy and beautifully packaged app with the user firmly at the heart of the experience. Lottie guides your Pilates classes which are expertly filmed and remain fresh with repeated visits of a favourite class (easier said than done) by Lottie’s calm manner and techniques which somehow challenge you to your next level. Her weekly classes cover dynamic, classical, small equipment for a range of abilities and series and monthly planners are motivating tools to keep you on track. Classes are different lengths and the app has many user friendly features. It’s all very accessible and user friendly making Pilates fun.
