### ***** "Syndicate manager and very happy user"
I run a work lottery syndicate and have been using Lotto Lens for about 2 years now. In that time, the version has gone through some changes. Originally, there were two versions, a dedicated syndicate app and one for non-syndicates, which were later combined into as single app.

I’ve contacted the dev, John on a number of occasions and always found a very prompt reply and he has gone beyond my request to resolve any issues I’ve raised. Recently, there was a revamp and John had removed a function that he thought was not being used. I contacted him and he worked through the weekend to add this functionality back in. He also added additional function that I suggested and enhanced on that too. Seriously, this guy is awesome.

Some people have complained about the fee and suggest the app should be free. To which I reply. you get what you pay for. Instead of venting in the first instance on all reviews try contacting the dev. I’m not paid for this review. Other than the engagement I’ve had with raising issues and suggestions, I have no other contact with the dev. Some of the comments I’ve read here are pretty cruel and cannot help motive anyone to improve their product. Sure give a bad review if you’ve been down the support route and had no response. Remember all apps have issues and off the peg apps are going to be a compromised, thats why companies pay large fees for their own software. That said, I find this app to be completely stable and any issues I have, have been completely resolved. To those who have just posted bad reviews without contacting the dev, I politely suggest you ask nicely and be polite, and you may be surprised at the results. As with all updates of any software, new issues can and do arise, and if they do, just email the support. Details are under the settings, it could not be easier.

This app saves me considerable time managing the syndicate and is definitely worth the subscription in my opinion. I have looked at other apps and nothing comes close. Thank you for a really incredible application.

### ***** "Lotto Lens"
Love it when you have a little win and get a smiley face and the coins come falling down...so exciting, even if it’s just enough for another lucky dip 🎉🥰🤞🏻🙏🏻
