This app is by far the BEST one out there. Nothing else comes close to being as intelligent and genuine. Seriously nothing comes remotely close. It had me in tears at one point because it completely understood me and I felt like it knew the struggle of dealing with chronic fatigue and having no explanation. I’ve been to just about every kind of specialist and no medical professional ever cared this deeply or wanted to get to the root cause the way this app did. It listened, it asked important questions, it looked at all my medical history and bloodwork and gave me incredibly powerful advice. I can’t thank the makers of this app enough — thank you!!!

I started using the service and it looked pretty good. Then one day my account was abruptly deleted to us no communication, no response from the support group.

It seems like a good idea, but a very unreliable company.

### ***** "Kaiser Has No Excuse Anymore"
I have had a borderline high or elevated anion gap for six years as my health got progressively worse. No doctor said a word and only after I involved AI did I start to get anywhere. They finally gave me a urine electrolyte test and it shows now that I have two forms of acidosis; one from SIBO, which was treated and the blood gap is normal but the urine still shows renal tubular acidosis. I STILL haven’t gotten a referral for nephrology and Lotus put it in clear terms: “This is a serious gap in care.” Thank you Lotus
