Often products out of stock 4 hour delivery window too long

App is sluggish, made an order for next day delivery, did not fulfill "lack of manpower to deliver" and postpone without consent. Call Customer service to cancel no one pick for 1 Hour of waiting. Schedule callback, no call callback being done. Stupid useless service

keep removing the item from the order without informing the customer! Dont make the payment earlier or else you will need to take a longggggggggg waiting period for the refund! Cant find a customer service when u facing an issue with the app. nobody answer the call. nobody reply the email. This app was to make things more convenient for the customer but it ended up causing more trouble!

Simple new user registration takes ages and always show ‘Oops something went wrong’ troublesome and unresponsive app. just to save passwords. Multiple tries can’t even create new login. Customer service is unsatisfactory as well.

I dono why this apps always show me network error even though my mobile have 5G with full box signal

My free delivery voucher of 11.11 just disappeared and i can’t find it! I copied and pasted the code but it didn’t work at all! How funny is it, could yall improve it? And, so frustrating when the green onion leaves is always out of stock or not available!!

I have used many times order online previously… but now it can’t be make an order since after call the Customer Service said the delivery circle now are out of range!! Lotus set a limit coverage for delivery!
