Great service

I have tried several time to log in through app but always a disappointment. Through webpage there is no problem but through app it always show something went wrong.

. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had at your airport lounge today. Upon entering the lounge, I was dismayed to find that the coffee machine is out of order. As a regular patron of your facility, I have always appreciated the amenities provided, and the broken coffee machine significantly impacted my experience today. Furthermore, I noticed a lack of service assistance in addressing this issue. I understand that technical malfunctions can occur, but the absence of prompt action or communication from the staff has left me dissatisfied. It really lack’s cleaning and change of upholstery of the furniture I believe a quick resolution to this matter would greatly enhance the overall customer experience in your lounge. Your attention to this issue and a timely rectification would be highly appreciated. Thank you for your understanding, and I look forward to a more positive experience during my future visits.
