App doesn’t work and gives error

Excellent service in many airports but sometimes fail to enter due to heavy rush so I request you to please look into this matter Thanks Dr Waseem Sharif

Not helpful

After getting all formalities completed and getting number I am not being allowed to enter and receptionist says that my registration is incomplete and I have to give more information but app isn’t asking for anything new..

Access denied

I created my account and the app showed access to miracle lounge at Bangkok airport but they did not allow me the access saying the card is not acceptable. I had to bear the charges

USERNAME PROBLEM

I have been trying to register since months... but username error comes every time Changed username several times but effort non a worth Some times i get error for (out of source code) Please solve this issue Thanks Ammar Arifv

Denied access

Very disappointed to have been denied access to the marhaba airport lounge at Dubai airport with lounge key
