Det står så fint att den finns och ska va öppen, men när man väll hittar den så är den stängd och man blir hänvisat till en som ligger 10 min bort, för en som kan gå normalt, men för en med kryckor, så bör jag va glad om jag hinner tillbaka innan jag kommit fram, Så tyvärr så blir det bara minus poäng
The conditions are by far too bad
A completely worthless value. The terms and conditions have been less and less favourable for every time I intend to use the loungekey. - not including a family child of 10 years, without paying 32USD. - Limiting the lounge-stay to max 3h. It is at longer transfer times you want to visit a lounge. - The lounges are not the most favourable - The lounges are usually not available in european airport terminals with departures to the nordic countries (in my case Sweden) This required LoungeKey is connected to my Eurocard Platinum, with a yearly cost of 1500SEK and no bonus. Considering my cost for this card there are no value. /Anders
Fungerar inte
Sitter just nu på flygplatsen och kommer inte in i loungen. Mitt konto är aktiv och när jag ringer till banken så säger dem att allt ska fungera. Ändå accepterar inte kortläsaren varken kortet eller lounge key appens qr-kod. Jag har använt kortet tidigare till samma lounge. Helt oacceptabelt och pinsamts stå i kön och inte komma in. Kommer att avregistrera mig !!!!

Can’t create user accounts from Europe
No European countries show up (Sweden) when registering new account - constant error messaging. Can walk around step 1 with some other country but fails when creating user name and password. And of course, app is asking for cresit card details BEFORE setting up the account.

Can’t find how to prebook a lounge
I am registered. I have favourite lounges but I can’t see how to prebook the lounge.
