يُقدّم هذا التطبيق المجاني لأعضاء برنامج LoungeKey™ رفيقًا لا غِنى عنه أثناء السفر، مع ميزة الدخول إلى أكثر من 1000 صالة في مختلف مطارات العالم.
كيف أبدأ؟
بمجرد استلامك لتأكيد كونك عضو في برنامج LoungeKey، ليس عليك سوى التسجيل ببيانات بطاقة الدفع الخاصة بك من التطبيق مباشرة وبدء الاستمتاع بوقتك في المطار.
يمكنك أيضًا التسجيل في البرنامج بإدخال بياناتك في الموقع الإلكتروني المُقدّم من بنكك أو جهة إصدار بطاقتك. بعدها، كل ما تحتاجه لتسجيل الدخول إلى التطبيق هو اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور التي أنشأتها على الموقع الإلكتروني.

تطبيقنا سهل الاستخدام يُتيح لك مُتعة تصفّح المعلومات المفيدة في جميع المطارات التي تقدم خدمات LoungeKey. يُمكنك البحث عن الصالات المشاركة وإضافتها إلى قائمة مُفضّلاتك للرجوع إليها بسرعة وسهولة متى شئت. يُزيل LoungeKey أي عوائق وصعوبات عن طريق توفير اتجاهات الوصول إلى الصالات بالإضافة إلى تفاصيل إضافية مثل المرافق المتاحة وعروضها وساعات عملها. بمجرد أن تسجل الدخول، يمكنك أن تبحث عن الصالات وتصل إليها بدون الاتصال بالإنترنت، متجنبًا أي رسوم تجوال غير مرغوبة.

No Customer Service
I've encountered several challenges with LoungeKey that have made my experience quite frustrating. Firstly, there seems to be a glaring absence of customer service to assist with any issues. This was particularly problematic when I faced difficulties regarding their card management. Unlike other platforms, LoungeKey doesn't permit the use of more than one card. Trying to troubleshoot this, I deleted my account intending to use a new credit card, but later decided to revert to my initial card. Now, I'm met with errors for both cards upon registration, and I'm left in a bind with no avenue for resolution. My bank pointed me towards the LoungeKey team for assistance, but, ironically, there's seemingly no direct way to contact them. For a service that's supposed to provide convenience, my experience has been anything but smooth.

Login issues
I have registered on lounge key app and then tried to login it showing incorrect username or password. When I tried retrieving username by providing email to share me a link. I didnt get a single mail from them to retrieve my username. I have tried miltiple times to retrieve password or username linked to mail but I dont see a single mail from them. Worst response.
Not accepted
Visited 2 different lounge so far which shows on the app that eligible, but on the entrance they check and said not eligible “access denied”
